Maxtor 3000

Have a USB (NTFS) Maxtor 120GB drive.
Recognised in drive bay slots with XP but not via USB
(USB Appears to recognise it when plugged in but does not
show on My Computer etc
Works on other XP machines

Go to disk management and initialize the drive.
