Is there any way of making email folders private (ie password). My pc is now
used by family members as well as me.I have created named folders for each
user to store their emails but would like some form of privacy.Help says it
can be done using permissions if you are using exchange sever email accounts
but I am not.Any suggestions anybody ?

You can make the entire PST file private. What operating system are you
using? (Windows XP? Windows 98? Other?)

With XP Pro your best solution is actually to use separate logins on the
computer. Create a computer account (Control Panel | Users) with
passwords for each user so that they each have their own WinXP Profile.
Then set up Outlook for each of them and it will all be separate.
