Hi Experts,
I am using mailto protocol to open outlook with email address and subject
auto populated. ie. use mailto:[email protected]?subject=[chinese chars]
if I put chinese chars in the subject part, it passed to
outlook but show as garbage char...

Does anyone know if mailto protocol support unicode? how I can fix this.
thanks a lot!
