mac formatted firewire using macopener

All:
We recently upgraded to service pack 4 and all of a sudden
the Win2000 computer will not see mac formatted firewire
drives through mac opener. It worked great before the
service pack upgrade but now its a no go. Also, a firewire
NTFS drive that was originally formatted on this computer
cannot be read however it is seen and works fine on all
the other machines in our facility that have XP on them.
Anybody got any ideas?

Hi Roger!

Do you know whether or not DataViz has acknowledged this as a known issue?
If so, an update may be available.
