Lost Vertical Ruler adjustment bar

G'Day WAE,

Make sure you are in Print Layout View.

Make sure View>Ruler is ticked (View menu)

Tools>Options>View (tab)
Under "Print and Web Layout options"
"Vertical ruler (Print view only)" CHECK the box
