lost supervisor password

Is there any way, short of reinstalling the OS, of recovering/resetting
supervisor password? I am using windows XP home ed. iexpl 6.0.

Some time ago I set up content watch and I have now lost my supervisor
password.

You could try to log on with the original Administrator user
if you haven't tried that already:

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local
Administrator password with one of the methods mentioned here:
