Lost Shortcut Keys

Trevor L.

I lost this thread so I am reposting it.

Unless a reboot helps, I still cannot invoke the shortcut. I have deleted
and reinstated it in the new folder , but to no avail.

I was hoping that your advice would work.

I copied the shortcut with key Ctl-Alt-A into C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Start Menu\Programs\Shortcuts but it didn't work.

I don't reboot except when I have to (I hibernate instead), so I'll try this
again after my next reboot, or maybe I'll put a new one in to try.

Sorry for sending this direct to you, but I deleted the newsgroup entry and
I am not sure how to copy a mail message to a newsgroup. (CC to
microsoft.public.windowsxp.customize presumably doesn't work)

Good luck with your catching up. Even though I don't reply to all that many,
just reading the ones you want can be daunting after a few days off
