Logging error messages on Windows 2003 Terminal Server by user



I am in the process of migrating my Windows 2000 Terminal Servers to Windows
2003. A number of users on the test server (Windows 2003) are getting
"Reporting Queued Errors" or "Application Errors" but are not notifying me.
These errors are mostly in Office 2000 (Word,Excel, Outlook). Is there a way
to log the login id (or other identifying information) that generates the
error in the Application Log or System Log? I need to find out who (or what)
is causing these errors.

I have searched the groups and can't find anything.
