links do not work

my links work ok when viewed with MS explorer, but do not when viewed with
netscape or mozilla... what can i do to let my viewers from other browzers
move through my site? must be something... I have viewed this site from
different browzers.. AND the site does not change appearance either.. like my
site does. What can i do to have my site be consistant... another program?
Did i waste my money on Frontpage... please help me someone...
