This auto-update keeps trying to install. It's like the movie groundhog day!
Each day I start-up my machine it tries to auto-install KB831167.

For a long time I thought that Microsoft just had a lot of updating to do,
but when it got to be everyday I started getting suspicious. Sure enough,
everyday it's the same update with the same explanation.

I've installed it and rebooted numerous times, but it still keep coming back.
