JPG file as signature - Outlook 2003

I want to use a logo (contained in a small JGP file) as my signature.
Outlook appears to only allow HTML files as signatures. Is there a way
around this?

The "how to" article says that "When you want to add a picture or (company)
logo to your signature you'll have to use the advanced signature editor."

When I click on the Advanced Edit button, I get an error that says "Could
not find an editor for H (.) files"

Did that.

The drop down menu offered four options:
1. Microsoft Word
2. Microsoft Excel
3. Microsoft Publisher
4. Notepad

I selected Word.
I still get the same error message when I click on the Advance Edit button
in the Outlook Signature dialog box.
