journal viewer

when i try to use acrobat reader, a download starts for
microsoft journal viewer, but can't complete the download
for a file is missing. what is a journal viewer? do i
have to have this in order to have acrobat reader?

i have installed adobe reader 6.0 as well as journal viewer and whenever i
open a pdf file the first reaction in windows installing journal viewer then
the adobe clicks in..............annoying

journal viewer is a bridge between your pc and a tablet model. if you do not
use it you can delete it from control panel add delete and this eliminates
the cross confusion with adobe but the confusion remains curious to me.
