I just fell for the Teddy Bear virus scare and deleted the
jdbgmgr.exe file from my hard drive and recycle bin. From
what I understand, this file is unimportant unless working
with Java.
Need help to find out if this file should be re established
and how to do it.

No need to restore unless you need to debug JAVA script. In the future,
please do no fall for such inane BS. Always verify with any security site
(Norton is a good one) before deleting anything that "someone" tells you is
a virus.
