Javascript popup window not working

There is a particular site I visit which uses javascript popup windows and
they have stopped working for no apparent reason. They also don't work in
Mozilla. Anyone throw any light on this one.
 
I have kind of the same problem, when i click on a
javascript popup it opens and closes automaticaly, I need
help please
