I've lost some important drivers, how can I get them back?

The battery on my computer ran out as i was changing the msconfig settings
(mid button click, it takes about a minute to configure) when the computer
started up the msconfig settings were back to normal (full) but some of the
drivers and startup settings are missing. most importantly, advanced sounds,
XP visual themes and my wacom tablet drivers, how can i get thses back?

I did, but ironically the only sysrestor file was available after it
happened, basically the computer thinks they're on, but they aren't

Contact the laptop manufacturer's tech support. (Did a CD of drivers come
with the PC?)

Yay, i fixed it, it turns out that plug and play went off along with a few
other things, and there was a donimo effect, i just had to re-enable a few
(lot) of programs on services.msc
