During the installation, it's supposed to uninstall the previous version and install the new version. My only option was to cancel looking for the file, which then gave me a popup of "The older version of iTunes cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." It then cancels the install. So as you can see, I can't simply reinstall the program following by an uninstall. It's all in one step. I've tried to remove iTunes from the Add/Remove Programs but all I accomplished in doing so was removing the buttons to "Remove" it. In other words, it's just an entry in the Add/Remove list with no options. I'm thinking my only option is to remove it from the list completely so that it thinks it's a fresh install and won't ask to uninstall the previous version. Any help would be appreciated. [/QUOTE]
