ISP log on

when logging onto my verizon dsl account, Internet
Explorer automaticaly switches my accoount name from
lowercase to uppercase. I need to change one of the
settings or something in order to log on to my account
please help
 
The one thing I can think of that may be holding you back
is go and open internet explorer without opening verizon,
go to tools, options, connections, then look for you
verizion connection area and highlight it then click
settings and see if here it is capitalized, if this isn't
it then dump your temp files, cookies, history, then
uninstall verizon dsl software, reboot and reinstall then
reconfigure your username and password and relog back
onto verizon making sure to put the username and password
in lower case!

Because Verizon DSL Sucks! Oh wait...that only applies if you have AOL. Sorry,
my bad! Get a real ISP! Oops, wrong again! I keep forgetting, you're only
supposed to get abuse instead of help if you have problems with AOL.
