From the looks of some of the posts it would appear
that this newsgroup is misunderstood. Or I am
too tired or something....

Is this for WHQL testing and submission questions and the like?

Yes this is the place for WHQL testing questions. Some people seem to
think this is ".winlogon" or similar.
