Can someone please explain where and what to look for
unauthorized logons to my computer?

When in computer management, system tools/shared folders
there is shares/sessions/open files, all with the hand
under the folders-I don't want to share files at all. How
do you change that?

thank s for any help,
jack

First off, make sure you are using your built in ICF firewall or at least some
firewall to block access to your computer from untrusted networks. Some or all of
those folders may be built in administrative shares created by default such as -
IPC$, C$. If you do not share files and printers with other users, then you can also
disable file and print sharing on you computer, but that does not mean you do not
need a firewall. --- Steve

Thank you Steve
