Hi there
I surf the web fine, I then log off and go into outlook
express and when I try to send a message, it tells me
that there was an error and tere is not enough memory. I
then cannot see the network or even go into add remove
programs. I restart, then go into outlook express, and it
works fine, until I go onto the internet. It seems like
either the internet or dialup or something....HUH? Please
could someone suggest something as I am flaberghasted. I
did uninstall and reinstall outlook express and internet
explorer. But to no avail ;0

Try Tools > Internet Options > Programs, and check the box labeled
"Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default". Then
close and reopen IE. It should display a box reporting that it's not
currently the fedault browser and asking if you want to change that.
