internet explorer toolbars wrong

Hi, have a recently developed problem with IE 6 and am
hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

On my screen I see my address bar, google bar, copernic
bar, and norton antivirus bar. I only want the address
bar and copernic bar.

However ...

when I right click on the toolbar and deselect "Norton
Antivirus", the copernic bar disappears. When I right
click on the toolbar and deselect "google" the norton bar
disappears.

Is there some index in the registry that got these two
switched and can I fix it?
