Internet Explorer - Plug-in?

Somehow I've allowed a program to take over IE. It won't let me choose the Homepage I want - it overides my choice when next I log on. I get a small pop up bar when Desktop loads and then when I load IE I get a large bar along the bottom of the screen and a thin address bar replacing IE address bar along the top.

The unwanted address bar goes (temporarily) if I deselect "Else Creative" in "View" "Toolbars".

The problem seems to be associated with "http//contextualsearch.com/passthrough/popupbaropener.html"

Is it a plug-in. How do I get rid of this?

Check if the software entry exists in Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it. If not, get Toolbarcop and delete the plugin/Browser Helper Object. http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/toolbarcop.htm
