Internet Explorer 6 History List

I am running Internet Explorer 6 with Windows XP and would
like to know how to print out the history list.
 
There are several free index.dat viewers available for download. Most of
them offer a way to either export the contents to Excel or to a printable
text file. The process is tedious as there are usually multiple hidden
folders and subfolders under %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\History\
