INTERNET COOKIES

Ive had problems with my internet recently and I believe
its all due down to cookies. When I try to enter such site
as www.Gamespot.com, the advert seems to go through an
endless loop. Ive looked through the help instuctions the
web sites has given and it seems to do no good. Ive also
tried to log into sites such as Lycos, but am not
sucessful in doing so.

If you have an answer to my problem, I would be really
grateful if you could email me with a response. Thank
you..

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

If you did not create the file, then you may have parasites, or you are
using a web accelerator program that would be causing this problem.

IE 6. rule out parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
