Intel launched several new processors this week. On Monday, the newest P4 running at 3.2GHz was released, and runs a FSB of 800mhz (200mhz quad-pumped).

Today, Intel also released two new Celeron chips based on the Willamette core, running at 2.5GHz and 2.6GHz. Both chips are fabbed on the 0.13 micron process, run at 400mhz FSB, and are Socket-478.

The 2.5GHz chip will be priced at $89 US and the 2.6GHz chip at $103 US.

The P4, on the other hand, will be priced at $637 US. This will be the last Pentium 4 chip released to market, and the Pentium 5 (not official name) will replace it later this year.
