Hey all,

Recently i bought a webcam to chat to friends over MSN but when i came to
install the software from the cd rom i was provided an error message popped
up saying that the disk is not formatted and that windows couldnt read from
it.

It also said that the disk might be corrupted or could be using a format not
compatible with windows.

I read the instruction manual and it said it needs windows etc so i dont
know what to do.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in Advance

Rich

Okay CD won't

I would go to the mfr of the cam, on their web site you should be able to find software, drivers, or at least a little compassion....maybe tech support.....couldn't hurt... if you still need help after that come back, and give cam model, mfr, windows OS, check that other CD's work in your disk drive and then me will go at it.
Peace
