import HTML into word doc

I have imported an HTML document into word by using Open > File > Typing web
address.

The page shows up, but I can see all the table rows and it looks very messy.
I want to be able to view a page, add comments, track changes, just for the
sake of having a visual. I'm not using word for any html editing. I want word
to be a tool for me to have a visual representation of a web page, then be
able to write comments in the document about that page I can send to others
for easy viewing and printing (without having any excess html markup or
garble).

Does anyone know is there a way to do this so when I import the HTML it
looks clean and neat without having to edit the source code? Or, do you know
of any products that would support this functionality?

One option that I can think of...if you have Adobe PDF writer, "print" the
web document to Adobe, it will maintain the structure of the web page. Then
you can add comments in text boxes, save the file and send it to others.
