Import/Export problems

I have a customer who can no longer find the Import and
Export option under the File menu in Outlook 2003. I
think they had recently installed the Business Contact
Manager and then this occurred. Is this common for the
wizard to just disappear?

Also I cannot import a pst file exported from Outlook 2002
(XP) into Outlook 2003. I get an error about
incompatibility. I'm sure I have moved folder files from
2002 to 2003 before, what could be the problem?

Try using View | Toolbars | Customize to reset the menu.

What is the text of of the PSt file compatibility error message? Are you
sure you don't have it backwards -- Outlook 2002 can't read a 2003 file.
