IMAP Account getting only headers

I have added two external email account that employ IMAP. They have worked
well until now. Only the header of the mail appears and I must click each
email to get the contents of the mail. What could have changed and how can I
correct this? Much thanks for any guidance.

I have the complete opposite of this but want what you have )

What version of MS Outlook are you using? I'm using Outlook 2002 (Office XP)

Try this:

1) click Tools then Options
2) click the tab Mail Setup
3) click the button Send/Receive
4) double click Group Name (All Accounts)
5) highlight the Inbox in question
6) select Download complete message including attachments
7) click OK
8) click Close
9) click OK
