image driver

Dear Sir,

I am a Windows XP OEM user (Compaq notebook computer). I
can't get support from Microsoft.
I don't know why my Windows XP can't find suitable image
driver for my UMAX Astra 2200 USB and Canon XM1 via IEEE
1394.
Do you know why and could you tell me how to fix the
problems?
 
Lawrence, you have to pay for the WinXP update at Umax's site. I don't
see any other solution.
