Win 2000/IE 6 SP1
I've Problems to display images on web-sites. Sometimes they are displayed.
Sometimes not. ( red x ) "show image" option works always fine. Reload
sometimes. Seems to be o problem especially if there is the same picture
often repeated on the same page.

Rename HOST, Del Temp. Cache doesn't work.

Please help me. Thanks.

That could mean you have a problem with cache checking.
Refresh is too imprecise a diagnostic for that. Try cloning the page
with e.g. Ctrl-N or loading About:Blank on top of it and then
going back to it instead.

If you are using Automatically (the default) as your cache checking
option try using Every visit... instead. When I had this problem
that seemed to make rendering more reliable. OTOH a recent KB article
claims that one cause of Red-X is having too many connections with
a server so if that is your problem it could just make the symptom worse.

Related to that setting is your setting for HTTP 1.1 protocol and
whether a proxy is involved which can support it.
