Iexplore ha caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL

My browser stopped working, as soon as I hit the ie icon I
get a message asking if I want to send a report to
Microsoft, and after that I get another message that says
"Iexplore ha caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL".
I tried reinstalling Internet Explorer, but it tells me
that there are components missing.....
Can someone help me ?
