Iexplore.exe application error

Please Help!

Everytime I close my IE6 browser, this message always
appears:

The instruction at 0x77f57bd2 referenced memory at
0x02200010. The memory could not be read. Click ok to
terminate program.

Hope do i get rid of this error?
 
thanks henri... i went to the site you recommended and
downloaded some file...but the error message is still
popping up...any other tools i can use to stop this
annoyance?

For some malware you sometime have to run AdAware and Spybot one more time.

It could be this nasty one, get the removal tool.

Go to http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php#det
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware] or download direct (below):
http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip

If you get a 404 error or Access denied, try:
http://216.180.252.218/~spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/hijackthis.zip

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")

Next, go to the below location:
