ie6 search toolbar - please help me get rid of it

I have a toolbar that appears and disappears when I go
view->toolbars->search that has things on it like Adult Links, and Sports,
and Instant Viagra, and other illegal crap that I don't want to appear on
there. How can I get rid of it?

Please, I can't seem to get rid of this stupid appendage like search
toolbar.

First option is to run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). If the toolbar
entries are not removed:
