I got a large html file with up to 800 pages. These are very simple
pages with a barcode on each and a couple numbers. When open this
file from IE6(SP1) on Windows 2000 (SP3) on machine with 128MB or RAM,
only less than 100 pages got spooled and print. IE and Windows never
display any error message. So you can't tell when or if it failed.
Windows pagefile was set to 2048 MB and I watched this when IE opened
the file and printed. It got to about 1000MB or so when it the
spooling stopped.

Do I really need large physical RAM to get this work?

Any idea or suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

It has about 32 GB of free disk space on C: (only drive). MS support
suggested to move the spool folder but agreed that it would not help
and the machine has only 1 drive. They still looking into this.

Win2K has a fix in SP4 (324173) but after installed SP4, the problem
still happened. Getting more RAM is not a problem but don't know why
it failed and if more RAM guarantee to fix the problem on any machine
is the real problem.
