IE6- can open https:// pages, but not http:// pages

Using IE6, when browsing I can open pages with https:// heading but not http://
I can't associate it with a security setting for this

What is your current security setting? Try the least secure and see what
happens, then go to the next higher, and so on, so that you can provide more
details.
