IE6 "Access Violation Error in URLMON" fix?

    2 days ago my Internet Explorer 6 stopped working after I
    downloaded the WinZip Program. I get the
    message"Internext Explorer had encountered a problem and
    must close..." I went to Microsoft Support site and they
    state there is a specific fix for this urlmon.dll problem
    but have going round and round in circles trying to find
    it? Help, please!
