IE ^ Toolbars Embeded can not get rid of them

There is a toolbar from begin2search.com that has embeded
itsself into my Internet Explorer 6 and I can not get rid
of it. Now it keeps changing my home page to
begin2search.com. Does anybody know how to get rid of
this thing
