IE Logo

When I installed AOL 9, the animated IE logo within Internet Explorer
6 changed from the default MS IE logo to AOL's logo. Even uninstalling
AOL does not change the logo back.

Is there a setting within the registry or elsewhere to change the logo
back to the default?

This is another option:
How to remove branding.
To remove all Internet Explorer branding, follow these steps:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. Type

rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

and then click OK.

4. Restart Internet Explorer.
