IE giving errors

this keeps popping up after i close an IE window......not all the time but
alot.....

my specs:

windows xp home sp2
athlon xp 2000+
iwill xp333 mobo 12/20 bios
512mb ddr266 ram
geforce fx 5500 OC 256mb
8x dvdrw/40x cdrw
52x cdrw
sblive
promise ultra100 card
dlink lan card

i took a look in the event viewer and its located under application
popup.....and that is the source....can anybody help me out here....
