IE Explorer has encountered a problem and etc...

OK y'all try this one on for size. Whenever I click the
Edit dropdown in IE Explorer, it responds with the "needs
to close message". Some info:

Henri, thanks for your response, but I don't think
complex web pages are the problem. My home page is set
for Google.com which has minimal content and the problem
still happens. I did try to edit when I was offline (yep,
still using dialup) and everything seemed to work okay.
