IE cookies are not being blocked

Tested on
IE 6 - Windows XP
Tools - Internet Options - Privacy High

browse: http://dellnet.msn.com

Privacy report at the bottom displays
http://dellnet.msn.com blocked

The cookie is not blocked.
The cookie <name>@atdmt is created which
sets off an adaware 6.0 flag.

How can this be sent to Microsoft as a bug.

This HOSTS file blocks a number of <name>@atdmt

The best way is to block the server from tracking you in the first place
