Idol For Too Long

Ok, im pretty sure everyone is familiar with the program AIM, well i allow it to run for hours, but im not always at my laptop, and it just sits there idol for a long time, and then after a certain amount of time, the computer goes into this mode where the screen goes black, and when i turn it back on, the internet is disconnected [ i have dsl ] i looked everywhere on the settings to the extent of my knowledge, i hope theres something someone can help with. thanks

I think it depends on your ISP, Josh,

In most cases, if you are IDLE too long your ISP disconnects to save
broadband usage.

Call them to find out what the time limit is.
