IDE -> SCSI

This post belongs in the virtual PC group, has nothing to do with XP, that
is assuming your using Virtual PC, if not visit the support site for what
ever VM software you are using.
 
After I changed my virtual machine, my old virtual disk which Windows XP had been installed on, became a SCSI one, instead of IDE. Now OS showing BSOD during boot, saying "inaccessible boot partition".

Is there some way to make it work without having it re-installed?
