OverClockersCafe have a review of the Icy Dock USB 2.0 Internal Rack.

USB 2.0 devices are everywhere because they bring acceptable transfer rates and hot swappable products to the table that simply could not be enjoyed before. Today the Overclocker Café looks over an internal USB 2.0 removable hard drive rack. Aside from the hotswapable benefits, a pretty kick’n display rests on the front the rack.

If you are like me and simply may need to pop an extra drive in to work with temporally then this is the only way to go. No rebooting as with traditional racks; the Icy Dock really is plug and play. As you could see in our benchmarks the transfer rates were quite high. High enough to quell most all criticism about it.
