I imported a pst and emails are crossed out

I have imported pst files from another account at a different business to my
current account and all new messages from the old account are gray and
crossed out. Any reason for this and any way to have them disply normally?

It would help telling your verion of Outlook and type of account.
In genral you don't import a pst-file. Simply connect to it by File-> Open->
Outlook Data File...
