I have a problem can anyone help me plz?

I have internet explorer 6.0 And have the latest service
patch. am running windows me. And there are certain
sites that i dont get the whole page when i open it. for
example ebay. When i go to ebay i dont get the whole page
there is a large white blank spot on the page that i know
has things in it. Someone plz explain to me what is going
on and what i can do about it. plz email me at
