i have a annoying problem

i keep getting a system eror mess. DCOM got error please
help am not sure what's causeing this,,
 
Step 1 for dcom errors is to turn on your firewall
and then visit Windows Update until no critical
patches are detected as being needed.

I also have system error for dcom, xp firewall is enabled and I use zone

alarm 4.5 free version. I have all the critical updates. I have not noticed
any problems for what it's worth.
