I get a script error in outlook when I try to access hotmail

So, I've just bought a new computer and am trying to get it configured like
my old one - which died and left me no way of accessing it (oh joy).

I currently have a Hotmail Plus account, which allows me to use Outlook to
send/receive mail. On my old system, this worked perfectly.

On my new system, Outlook does make contact with my Hotmail inbox, the
appropriate set of folders appears in my folder list to the left. But when I
try to access one of those folders (eg: Inbox), I am given an error:

Runtime Error
Line: 14
Error: Permission Denied

I am using Microsoft Office XP for Students & Teachers, with Outlook 2002,
and have installed all the necessary patches.

Any ideas?

Since you pay MSN for the privilege, ask their support staff.

I thought I'd try here before sitting endlessly on the phone. The folks
online here seem to have a clue. Most of the time.
