I dont knowwhat wrong with my comp HELLP

when i logg on its slow sometimes and i cant go to some of my icons error
reports shows up like its not that bad i can function on my comp i cant go
back to an earlier time it wont let me i cant go to internet explorer i dont
know what to do to fix it help

You probably have alot of programs on startup. You can check this by clicking
Start, Run, type msconfig, ok or enter, Startup tab. All the lines that are
marked are programs starting up when windows does. If you expand the file
name column, you can see what program it is associated with. Changes to this
screen will require Windows to restart for changes to take place.

Looks like your keyboard needs replacing too - the shift keys and all your
punctuation keys appear to be broken.
